Kohinoor Khatun’s suggestions worked. I de-installed Teams and Logitech StreamCam. Reinstalled Logitech StreamCam and updated (now Version 2.06.12 and I have turned off Auto Update!). And left the camera running.
On reloading Teams – initially, it was slow to work via browser but not desktop. After much clicking of Team settings, it now works on both versions of Teams.
